Low carb brownies

Description

Healthiest brownies you will ever eat with high antioxidant black beans, cocoa, dark chocolate and lupin. Super easy recipe. Sneaky way to get your family to eat more beans!

Ingredients
  • 400 grams can organic black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Natvia
  • 1/2 cup Lupin Flour (or almond meal)
  • 1/2 cup Plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup dark chop chips (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 10 Pecans (or Walnuts)
Method
  1. Heat oven to 180C & combine all ingredients in a blender (except pecans)
  2. Pour batter into a paper lined shallow pan.
  3. Place pecans on surface.
  4. Bake for about 30 to 40min

    or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, but avoid overcooking because they are meant to be eaten moist.
