Keto Cooked cabbage with cheese

Not sure what else to do with cabbage apart from coleslaw? Try cooking it! My super easy and tasty recipe. The dill makes it taste so fresh. I also love dill on steamed/cooked vegies dressed with lemon, a little dijonaise and EV olive oil.



  1. Saute garlic in oil and butter then add cabbage
    Saute for 5 min.
  2. Add water and stock cube.
  3. Simmer for 10min
    or until soft and water has evaporated.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir through dill and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cover with lid to allow cheese to melt.
    Serve with lean sausages or roast chicken.
